The Dearborn County Clearinghouse was established in 1981. Our community was in desperate need of nonprofit work, and we became the answer. Formed to provide sensible solutions for the community, we've consistently provided food to those with food insecurities in the community for over 44 years due to the amazing support of community!

The Clearinghouse was created to feed and clothe those in need in our community. We strive to maintain our stature in the community, as a reliable source, that people know they can always turn to be welcomed with opened arms and be provided with food and necessities.
We proudly serve over 2,000 clients through our brick-and-mortar sites, distribute 80 prepackaged boxes to our seniors monthly, serve over 275 families through our mobile pantry and supply weekly bags to 340 school students weekly through our Sacks-of-Snacks program during the school year.
